Functie omschrijving Als spin in het web bied je ondersteuning aan onze Accountmanagers en kom je te werken op onze commerciële binnendienst. Jij houdt je vanuit de binnendienst actief bezig met alle voorkomende werkzaamheden. Op deze belangrijke afdeling en het hart van het bedrijf zitten circa 24 collega's en wordt er veelal projectmatig gewerkt. Elke bestelling van elke klant is een project op zich. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor onze Nederlandse en internationale klanten in het totale verkoopproces en adviseert hen op een professionele wijze met gedegen kennis en een flinke dosis enthousiasme. Je pleegt geen acquisitie, maar bent wel in staat om commerciële kansen te zien en deze te benutten. Verder ben je onder andere verantwoordelijk voor de volgende verkoopwerkzaamheden: - Het opstellen en verwerken van offertes; - Het traject van monsters opsturen naar de klant; - Het inboeken van orders, opvolgen en afwerken van orders; - Het onderhouden van commerciële contacten met klanten; - Projectmatig werken. Functie eisen Je bent communicatief vaardig en je beschikt over een commerciële en klantgerichte instelling. Je begrijpt onze klanten goed en vindt het leuk om zelfstandig te werken. Daarnaast is collegialiteit belangrijk, je zet je in voor jouw team en helpt elkaar daar waar nodig. Je bent proactief, hebt een flexibele instelling en kunt snel schakelen. Verder voldoe je aan de volgende functie eisen: - Bij voorkeur een afgeronde HBO opleiding, richting commercieel of internationaal, bijvoorbeeld Commerciële Economie of International Business; - Tenminste 1 jaar werkervaring als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst of Medewerker Customer Service / Klantenservice, of soortgelijk; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse e...
