Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en begeleidt hen professioneel doorheen het verkoopproces.
  • Je stelt offertes op en volgt deze nauwgezet op.
  • Je verwerkt bestellingen en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling.
  • Je staat in voor de aankoop van materialen en producten.
  • Je onderhandelt met leveranciers en transporteurs om de beste afspraken te realiseren.
  • Je plant leveringen en installaties efficiënt in.
  • Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met klanten, leveranciers, aannemers en logistieke partners.
  • Je ondersteunt de verkoopactiviteiten in de showroom.
  • Je bewaakt de administratieve opvolging van dossiers.
  • Je volgt projecten op van aanvraag tot succesvolle uitvoering.

  • Relevante ervaring in administratie, commerciële binnendienst of aankoop.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • Klantgerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Vlotte talenkennis Nederlands en Engels met een stevige basis Frans.
  • Interesse in bouwmaterialen of bereidheid om hierin te groeien.
  • Bereid om één zaterdag per maand te werken.
