Voor een internationale en snel evoluerende maritieme speler zoekt onze klant te Antwerpen een Commercieel Medewerker Project Cargo, ook gekend als Breakbulk Pricing Analyst, Freight Pricing Specialist, Sales Executive Zeevracht of Project Cargo Commercial Specialist, die complexe transportdossiers commercieel weet te vertalen naar competitieve en winstgevende offertes.

In deze functie speel je een cruciale rol binnen de commerciële werking van internationale shipping, heavy lift en project cargo logistiek. Elke aanvraag is uniek: jij analyseert technische transportvereisten, vertaalt deze naar nauwkeurige prijsstructuren en onderhandelt met internationale klanten en partners om projecten succesvol te realiseren en binnen te halen.

Je combineert sterke analytische vaardigheden, commerciële feeling en diepgaande marktkennis van zeevracht en breakbulk. Dankzij jouw input versterk je de commerciële positie van de organisatie en draag je bij aan duurzame en rendabele internationale samenwerkingen.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je stelt complexe prijsoffertes op en volgt deze end-to-end op binnen breakbulk, project cargo en special equipment transporten
  • Je onderhandelt actief met klanten, agents en internationale stakeholders over tarieven, marges en logistieke oplossingen
  • Je analyseert technische transportvereisten en vertaalt deze naar commerciële en operationeel haalbare oplossingen
  • Je werkt nauw samen met interne teams zoals Operations, Customer Service, Logistics en Finance
  • Je bouwt en onderhoudt sterke B2B-klantenrelaties binnen de internationale zeevrachtsector
  • Je vertegenwoordigt de organisatie op internationale beurzen, netwerkevents en commerciële meetings
  • Je bereidt commerciële rapporteringen voor en analyseert KPI’s, marges en marktdata
  • Je volgt actief trends op binnen shipping, geopolitiek, freight markets en supply chain evoluties
  • Je ondersteunt en begeleidt junior collega’s binnen pricing en commerciële processen
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Project Cargo Manager
  • Bachelor diploma, bij voorkeur in logistiek, supply chain of internationale handel, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring binnen de maritieme sector, forwarding of zeevracht in een commerciële functie
  • Ervaring met breakbulk, project cargo, special equipment of heavy lift transport is een sterke plus
  • Sterk analytisch inzicht gecombineerd met commerciële slagkracht
  • Ervaring met freight pricing, offertes, tenders of internationale transportoplossingen
  • Communicatief sterk en overtuigend in onderhandelingen met klanten en partners
  • Stressbestendig en besluitvaardig, ook bij complexe dossiers en strakke deadlines
  • Administratief nauwkeurig en sterk met cijfers en rapportering
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans is een extra troef
  • Proactieve mindset en oplossingsgerichte aanpak
  • Teamplayer die graag samenwerkt binnen een internationale omgeving
