Als Customer Relations Officer ga je klantgericht te werk en draag je bij aan de verbetering van processen gericht op de waarde voor de klant.

Concreet zal je takenpakket er als volgt uitzien:

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klant en medewerkers met vragen over het wagenparkbeheer van de bedrijfswagen;
  • Het is jou verantwoordelijkheid om processen te analyseren en optimaliseren samen met je collega's;
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de uitvoering van onze werkzaamheden en focust op verder verbeteringen;
  • Beheert de volledige vloot van verschillende klanten van inschrijving tot inlevering;
  • Oplossingsgericht denken is voor jou geen probleem, elk probleem pak je meteen aan zodat de klant een perfecte klantenservice krijgt.

Als toekomstige Customer Relations Officer herken jij jezelf in onderstaand profiel en beschik jij idealiter over onderstaande talenten:

  • Je bent in het bezit van een succesvol afgeronde bacheloropleiding of een vergelijkbaar denkniveau;
  • In staat om te werken binnen een team, maar ook zelfstandig taken uitvoeren;
  • Communicatief aangelegd;
  • Werkt proactief en heeft een natuurlijk vermogen om initiatief te nemen;
  • Reeds ervaring in de automotive of leasebranche is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste;
  • Beheerst niet alleen het Nederlands perfect, maar heeft ook een zeer goede kennis van de Engelse en de Franse taal;
  • Werkt doelgericht en bent oplossingsgericht ingesteld;
