Daarom gaan ze ook op zoek naar een extra collega Commercieel Medewerker.

Jouw functie als Commercieel Medewerker Als Commercieel Medewerker ben jij de spil tussen klant, partner en operations. Jouw doel? Elke aanvraag snel omzetten in een duidelijke offerte en ervoor zorgen dat die wordt goedgekeurd. Daarna zorg je voor een overdracht naar het operationele team.

Je opereert op 2 niveaus:

  • Enerzijds ben je het vaste aanspreekpunt voor makelaars en syndici die door de business developers worden aangebracht. Dankzij jouw snelle, correcte en persoonlijke aanpak bouwen zij vertrouwen op en weten ze dat hun dossiers in veilige handen zijn.
  • Anderzijds ben je ook de contactpersoon voor particuliere klanten. Je begeleidt hen, legt offertes helder uit en zorgt ervoor dat ze voor onze partner kiezen.

Een veelzijdige functie dus, waarin commercieel talent, klantgerichtheid en sterke communicatie centraal staan.

  • Je kan bij voorkeur een 2-tal jaar relevante ervaring voorleggen in een gelijkaardige commerciële functie.
  • Beschik je over technische achtergrond in bouw, ramen en deuren of glas? Dan heb je alvast een streepje voor!
  • Je beschikt over een commerciële flair en een gezonde dosis enthousiasme.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer en sterk klantgericht.
  • Je kan je naast het Nederlands, uitdrukken in het Frans.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en een echte problem solver.
