Je vertaalt klantideeën naar maakbare producten en ziet jouw keuzes terug op de werkvloer. Je werkt dicht op engineering en productie, houdt zelf regie over het proces en combineert technische inhoud met duidelijke werktijden en elke vrijdagmiddag vrij. Deze rol bestaat omdat klantvragen snel, inhoudelijk en realistisch vertaald moeten worden naar maakbare producten. Zonder jouw beoordeling missen offertes aansluiting met de praktijk, lopen productietijden uit en ontstaat ruis tussen verkoop, engineering en productie. Jij zorgt dat dit klopt. Je werkt aan het uitwerken van offertes op basis van klanttekeningen, schetsen en 3D‑bestanden. Je beoordeelt maakbaarheid, bepaalt materiaalgebruik, bewerkingen en productietijden en stemt dit af met engineers en de werkvloer. Digitale calculatiesoftware ondersteunt je werk, maar jij blijft verantwoordelijk voor de inhoudelijke keuzes. Tijdens de uitvoering ben je aanspreekpunt bij vragen vanuit productie en bewaak je dat gemaakte afspraken haalbaar blijven. De belangrijkste werkzaamheden op een rij: - Uitwerken van offertes en kostprijsberekeningen voor klantspecifieke producten. - Opstellen van stuklijsten en bepalen van bewerkingen zoals snijden, zetten, lassen en assembleren. - Afstemmen met engineering en productie over maakbaarheid en planning. - Beantwoorden van inhoudelijke vragen tijdens de uitvoering van orders.
