Als commercieel medewerker ga je aan de slag in een elektrogroothandel met verschillende filialen in België.

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten
  • Je denkt mee met de klant en bekijkt bestellingen steeds in de juiste context.
  • Je begeleidt klanten door het bestelproces en geeft advies waar nodig.
  • Verder anticipeer je op de vragen van klanten en zorg je voor een optimale klanttevredenheid
  • Het proactief ondersteunen van klanten bij hun bestellingen.Het bieden van deskundig advies over onze producten en diensten
  • Het anticiperen op en oplossen van klantvragen
  • Het samenwerken met collega's om de algehele klanttevredenheid te waarborgen

Profiel

  • Je hebt een goede kennis elektriciteit; ervaring in die sector is een pluspunt
  • Je hebt een passie voor elektro
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk en commercieel ingesteld
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en met oog voor detail
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld naar werkuren en takenpakket
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands (gesproken en geschreven), kennis van andere talen is een pluspunt
