Als Commercieel Medewerker Energie neem je contact op met mensen die al interesse hebben getoond in een energieaanbod. Je krijgt dus geen lijst met willekeurige nummers, maar leads waarmee al een eerste interesse aanwezig is.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je spreekt dagelijks telefonisch met particuliere klanten die interesse hebben in elektriciteit en/of gas.
  • Je ontdekt wat ze belangrijk vinden, beantwoordt hun vragen en legt op een duidelijke manier uit welke mogelijkheden er zijn.
  • Tijdens je opleiding krijg je de nodige kennis mee om klanten goed te kunnen informeren.
  • Wat vooral telt?
  • Dat je commercieel denkt, goed luistert en kansen herkent.
  • Een klant twijfelt? Jij weet de juiste vragen te stellen.
  • Een klant heeft nog vragen? Jij neemt de tijd om die helder te beantwoorden.
  • Een klant is overtuigd? Dan zorg jij ervoor dat het gesprek ook effectief tot een resultaat leidt.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken iemand die graag praat én graag resultaat behaalt.

Je bent iemand die:

  • vlot en spontaan communiceert;
  • zeer goed Nederlands spreekt, Frans is een grote plus;
  • makkelijk een gesprek aanknoopt;
  • goed kan luisteren en durft doorvragen;
  • commercieel ingesteld is;
  • energie krijgt van verschillende gesprekken;
  • enthousiast en positief is;
  • niet meteen opgeeft na een "nee".

Ervaring in telesales en/of energiesector is een must.
