Ga aan de slag als Commercieel Medewerker voor ROAST en It Foarûnder en haal nieuwe reserveringen binnen, terwijl je zorgt voor de leukste feesten, activiteiten en evenementen! Wat ga je doen? Als Commercieel Medewerker ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het binnenhalen van reserveringen voor onze twee horeca locaties. Samen met je collega's van het managementteam zorg je ervoor dat ieder evenement de verwachtingen van onze gasten overtreft. Of het nu gaat om een intiem diner voor vier personen of een meerdaags bedrijfsevenement, jij weet hoe je de perfecte ervaring creëert. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het vermarkten van vergaderingen en partijen, en het opstarten van de organisatie hiervan - Je benadert proactief potentiële leads en enthousiasmeert hen zodanig dat dit resulteert in nieuwe boekingen - Je onderhoudt relaties met bestaande (zakelijke) gasten en zorgt ervoor dat zij ook hun volgende partij bij ons boeken - Je neemt reserveringen aan via telefoon, e-mail en ons reserveringssysteem en zorgt voor een goede opvolging - Na een aanvraag stel je offertes en contracten op, en je zorgt voor een correcte afhandeling hiervan - Je optimaliseert (arrangement)prijzen en beschikbaarheid zodat de locaties zo goed mogelijk volgeboekt zijn - Je werkt nauw samen met onze (online) marketing partner voor de juiste promoties. - In de avonduren en weekenden ben je (indien wenselijk) ook aanwezig bij evenementen om alles in goede banen te leiden Over de locaties Als Commercieel Medewerker werk je voor twee unieke horeca locaties, elk met hun eigen sfeer en dynamiek: - ROAST, midden in het bruisende centrum van Leeuwarden, is de plek waar verrassende smaakcombinaties van food en drinks centraal staan.
