Dan hebben wij een mooie uitdaging voor jou! De functie Als inmeetadviseur ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je bezoekt voornamelijk klanten op locatie om hen te adviseren over de producten van Sentimo en de maten nauwkeurig in te meten. Wanneer een klant ervoor kiest om de bestelde producten door ons te laten monteren, verzorg jij ook de montage. Je zorgt voor een goede service en denkt mee over de beste oplossing voor de klant. Je bent ongeveer 4 dagen per week onderweg om klanten te bezoeken. De overige dag werk je op kantoor en ondersteun je de binnendienst op commercieel gebied. Je houdt videocalls met klanten die hulp nodig hebben bij het bestellen en behandelt aanvragen die per e-mail binnenkomen. Je maakt deel uit van een enthousiast team bestaande uit een salesmanager, vier medewerkers binnendienst, een marketing manager en twee online marketeers. Als commercieel medewerker/inmeetadviseur zijn jouw belangrijkste werkzaamheden: - Het inmeten van en adviseren over de producten van Sentimo bij zowel de particuliere als zakelijke klanten; - Het monteren van bestelde producten bij klanten op locatie; - Het houden van videocalls met klanten die hulp nodig hebben bij het bestellen; - Het beantwoorden van klantvragen per e-mail en telefoon over technische mogelijkheden en kleurstellingen; - Het behandelen van klachten en zorgen voor een goede aftersales.
