Ben jij sterk in administratie, planning en opvolging? Dan biedt onze klant jou een gevarieerde functie waarin je de techniekers en projectleiders ondersteunt en tegelijk het aanspreekpunt bent voor klanten en leveranciers.

Wat mag je verwachten?

  • Loon tot € 3.500 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en profiel.
  • Een brede functie met planning, administratie en projectopvolging.
  • Een familiale KMO met korte communicatielijnen en een hecht team.
  • Veel vertrouwen, verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte voor initiatief.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je neemt depannages aan via telefoon en mail en plant deze in met de techniekers.
  • Je volgt uitgevoerde interventies administratief op.
  • Je ondersteunt projectleiders bij bestellingen, leveringen en projectadministratie.
  • Je vraagt prijzen en informatie op bij leveranciers.
  • Je bezorgt klanten de nodige technische fiches en productinformatie.
  • Je verzorgt premieaanvragen en keuringsdossiers.
  • Je houdt dossiers en gegevens correct en up-to-date.
  • Je beantwoordt klantenvragen en helpt mee in de showroom en de backoffice sanitair.

  • Je hebt ervaring in een administratieve of technisch-administratieve functie binnen de bouw, HVAC, sanitair of een aanverwante sector.

  • Je kunt vlot overweg met de computer en leert nieuwe systemen snel aan.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk met techniekers, projectleiders, klanten en leveranciers.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en wacht niet altijd tot iemand je vertelt wat er moet gebeuren.
  • Je bent hands on, collegiaal en voelt je thuis in een praktische KMO-omgeving.
