Heb je commerciële feeling én werk je graag klantgericht in een ondersteunende binnendienstrol?

Voor een sterk groeiende groepering binnen de distributie van hygiëne- en schoonmaakproducten zoeken we een commercieel medewerker met administratieve nauwkeurigheid en een proactieve mindset. De organisatie bestaat uit meerdere bedrijven die samen een mooie plaats weten in te nemen op de Belgische markt op vlak van professionele systemen en producten.

De klantenportefeuille is zeer divers en bestaat onder andere uit grote bedrijven, overheidsinstanties,... Vanuit de vestiging in de regio Roeselare zoeken ze versterking voor de commerciële binnendienst om hun verdere groei te ondersteunen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Commercieel aanspreekpunt voor klanten.
  • Begeleiden van klanten van A tot Z met klantgerichte aanpak via de verschillende kanalen.
  • Offertes opmaken en prijzen afstemmen met collega's uit de buitendienst.
  • Orders opvolgen van het uitgebreide assortiment en vlot verwerken in het systeem.
  • Commercieel meedenken bij leveringsproblemen.
  • Klachten opvolgen en aanpakken.
  • Rapporteren van de acties.
  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding en minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een commerciële functie.
  • Voor deze communicatieve functie verwachten we een uitstekende Nederlandse kennis en vlotte Franse kennis.
  • Je weet als de beste te werken met het Excel programma.
