Ben jij commercieel ingesteld, krijg je energie van klantcontact en houd je graag overzicht? Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, sales en verschillende interne afdelingen. Je krijgt een afwisselende functie waarin je veel leert over producten, klanten en commerciële processen, met een salaris tot €3.500 bruto per maand.

Wat ga je doen? Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst ben je een van de eerste aanspreekpunten voor klanten. Je luistert goed naar hun vraag, denkt mee over een passende oplossing en zorgt ervoor dat aanvragen en orders correct worden opgevolgd. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van sales en andere afdelingen.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Beantwoorden van binnenkomende telefoontjes en berichten via de sales inbox; - Klanten helpen met vragen over producten, offertes, orders en leveringen; - Opstellen en verwerken van offertes en orders; - Verzorgen van de commerciële administratie en bijhouden van de verkooppijplijn; - Schakelen met sales, productie en engineering bij complexere of technische aanvragen; - Ondersteunen van marketingactiviteiten, bijvoorbeeld rondom productinformatie en beurzen.

Je start met een uitgebreide kennismaking met de producten, klanten en werkwijze. Naarmate je meer kennis opdoet, krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid en behandel je zelfstandig klantvragen en aanvragen.

Wat bieden wij? - Een salaris tot €3.500 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring en kennis; - Een werkweek van 32 tot 38 uur, in overleg; - 25 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantietoeslag; - 6 feestdagen en 11 ADV-dagen; - Pensioenregeling volgens Metaal & Techniek, met een werkgeversbijdrage volgens de ABU-norm.

De werktijden zijn van maandag tot en met vrijdag van 08:00 tot 16:30 uur. Bij goed functioneren zijn er mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen de organisatie, bijvoorbeeld richting verkoop, buitendienst, marketing of productontwikkeling.
