Nieuwegein 32 tot 36 uur Vanaf oktober 2026 Voor ons kantoor in het centrum van Nieuwegein zijn wij op zoek naar een commercieel medewerker / junior accountmanager voor de afdeling vastgoedbeheer. Op de afdeling vastgoed is het nooit saai, er zijn immers veel mensen die een woning huren of bezitten. Je takenpakket is divers. Zo houd je je bezig met diverse administratieve handelingen rondom het beheren van appartementen (VvE's) en huurwoningen, zoals het behandelen van inkomende mail, post en telefoon, het verwerken van reparatieverzoeken, het verwerken van eigendomsoverdrachten, het voorbereiden en bijwonen van VvE vergaderingen, bemiddelen in verzekeringszaken, het begeleiden van de verhuurprocessen en het uitvoeren van inspecties in huurwoningen. Wij zoeken een gedreven persoon die van aanpakken houdt. Je bent positief ingesteld, beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, denkt mee in oplossingen en komt met goede ideeën. Daarnaast ben je stressbestendig, vind je het leuk om in een hectische omgeving te werken en sta je open voor een verdere ontwikkeling in je carrière in de vastgoedbranche. Enige ervaring heeft de voorkeur, maar mocht je deze niet hebben dan begeleiden we je daar graag in. Naast de nodige begeleiding bieden wij je nog meer. Een dienstverband vanaf oktober 2026 met een contract van 32 tot 36 uur per week, een marktconform salaris, de nodige vakantiedagen om weer op te laden, een prettige en fijne werkomgeving met ontzettend leuke collega's.
