Als administratief medewerker ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt voor klanten van de afdeling Aneca Mats. Je combineert administratieve nauwkeurigheid met een sterke klantgerichtheid en zorgt ervoor dat vragen en dossiers efficiënt worden opgevolgd.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

Beheer en actualisatie van klantgegevens.

Verwerken van wijzigingen aan facturatie- en bestelgegevens.

Beantwoorden van vragen en behandelen van klachten in het Nederlands en Frans.

Zoeken naar passende oplossingen en zorgen voor een vlotte opvolging.

Fungeren als schakel tussen klanten en de operationele diensten.

Garanderen van een correcte administratieve verwerking van klantendossiers.

  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je communiceert vlot in zowel het Nederlands als het Frans, mondeling én schriftelijk.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en zelfstandig.
  • Je bent klantgericht en denkt oplossingsgericht mee.
  • Je functioneert goed binnen een team, maar neemt ook zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid op.
  • Een goede algemene IT-kennis is belangrijk; kennis van AS400 is een pluspunt.
