Flexibele parttime functie met betaalde training en groei. Wat ga je doen? Als Commercieel Medewerker ben jij het gezicht (of nou ja, de stem) van onze merken. Je spreekt abonnees die vragen hebben over hun krant, account of bezorging. Maar jij doet meer dan alleen een vraag beantwoorden; jij snapt dat een tevreden lezer goud waard is. Jouw missie? Je zorgt dat mensen fan blijven van onze journalistiek en hangt pas op als de klant écht geholpen is. Als je het bellen onder de knie hebt, kun je uiteindelijk ook mensen helpen via de mail en chat. En omdat jij die slimme blik hebt, mag je meedenken over hoe we onze klanten nóg langer aan ons kunnen binden. Een unieke kans om commerciële skills te combineren met service! Wat ga je doen? - Klanten telefonisch te woord staan met een glimlach; - Je herkent signalen van klanten die willen opzeggen en weet hen met de juiste tone-of-voice weer te enthousiasmeren; - Meedenken over oplossingen voor uiteenlopende klantvragen; - Nauwkeurig bijhouden van klantgegevens in ons systeem.
