Een stabiel en groeiend bedrijf in de regio Harelbeke, actief binnen de distributie van technische en onderhoudsproducten, is op zoek naar een commercieel medewerker binnendienst. De onderneming telt een 80-tal medewerkers en werkt samen met klanten in verschillende professionele sectoren.

Je komt terecht in een modern bedrijf met een klantgerichte aanpak. Klanttevredenheid en langdurige samenwerkingen staan hier centraal. Dankzij het brede assortiment (meer dan 12.000 producten) is elke dag anders en uitdagend.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je staat klanten te woord, telefonisch en via mail.
  • Samen met de vertegenwoordiger vorm je een sterk team voor en bepaalde toegewezen regio.
  • Je doet de commerciële opvolging van A tot Z: offertes tot levering.
  • Ook de na-service neem je er met plezier bij.
  • Je denkt mee als een artikel niet in stock is zodat de bestellingen tijdig de deur uit kunnen.
  • Leveringen en transporten opvolgen.
  • Klachtenbehandeling zodat elke klant tevreden blijft.
  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding en minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een commerciële functie.
  • Voor een professionele klantenservice, spreek je vloeiend Nederlands. In het Frans weet je ook perfect te verhelpen.
  • Je weet als de beste te werken met het Excel programma.
