Met een ruim assortiment, sterke vakkennis en een klantgerichte aanpak ondersteunt het bedrijf dagelijks zowel bouwprofessionals als particulieren. Ter versterking van het commerciële team wordt gezocht naar een Commercieel Medewerker Metaal & Ruwbouw.

Jouw takenpakket ziet er als volgt uit:

  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en professioneel advies verlenen over metaal- en ruwbouwmaterialen.
  • Behandelen van prijsaanvragen, opmaken van offertes en zorgen voor een nauwgezette opvolging.
  • Verwerken van bestellingen in het ERP-systeem en instaan voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling.
  • Opvolgen van levertermijnen en klanten tijdig informeren over de status van hun bestelling.
  • Verwerken van inkomende telefoons, e-mails en balieverkoop.
  • Uitbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame klantenrelaties met focus op een uitstekende service.
  • Nauw samenwerken met collega's van magazijn, aankoop en logistiek om een vlotte dienstverlening te garanderen.
  • Beschikken over een bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardige relevante ervaring.
  • Ervaring binnen de bouwsector, metaalhandel of technische verkoop is noodzakelijk.
  • Interesse in of affiniteit met metaal- en ruwbouwmaterialen.
  • Klantgericht handelen en commerciële opportuniteiten herkennen.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden combineren met een professionele en servicegerichte houding.
  • Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en georganiseerd werken zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband.
  • Stressbestendig blijven en het overzicht behouden tijdens drukke momenten.
  • Vlot werken met MS Office.
