Ben jij op zoek naar een ‘koele’ job in een warm team? Voor onze offertedienst zoeken we een commercieel en administratief sterke collega die onze accountmanagers ondersteunt en mee zorgt voor een vlotte opvolging van onze offerteaanvragen.

  • Op basis van aanvragen, technische informatie en specificaties stel je HVAC-offertes op.
  • Ter voorbereiding van offertes ondersteun je onze vertegenwoordigers, zowel inhoudelijk als administratief.
  • Prijzen en technische informatie vraag je op bij leveranciers en volg je actief verder op.
  • De ontvangen informatie verwerk je tot duidelijke, correcte en volledige klantoffertes.
  • In ons systeem registreer en beheer je offertes en alle bijhorende informatie zorgvuldig.
  • Binnenkomende orders verwerk je en draag je correct over aan de betrokken interne teams.
  • Ook over openstaande aanvragen en deadlines houd je het overzicht. Blijft iets ergens hangen? Dan wacht je niet af, maar ga je er actief achteraan.
  • Waar nodig spring je bij en neem je bij afwezigheid ook de ondersteuning van het onthaal voor je rekening.

  • Affiniteit met HVAC-techniek is een grote plus maar snel leren om hierover kennis op te doen is minstens even belangrijk.
  • Administratief ben je sterk en je werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Overzicht houden, ook wanneer verschillende aanvragen en deadlines gelijktijdig op je afkomen.
  • Je volgt zaken op van a tot z en laat niet snel iets tussen de mazen van het net glippen.
  • Je ziet werk en neemt zelf initiatief.
  • Je bent leergierig en maakt nieuwe systemen, producten en technische informatie snel eigen.
  • Je communiceert vlot en klantgericht met collega’s, leveranciers en klanten.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar evengoed als deel van een team.
  • Je stelt prioriteiten en houdt ervan om zaken af te werken.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands. Kennis van Frans en Engels is een mooie plus.
  • Je werkt vlot met een pc en MS Office.
  • Ervaring in een commerciële binnendienst, offertedienst of technische omgeving is een plus, maar voor ons niet het enige wat telt.
