Voor onze offertedienst zoeken we een commercieel en administratief sterke collega die onze accountmanagers ondersteunt en mee zorgt voor een vlotte opvolging van onze offerteaanvragen.

Technische HVAC-kennis is mooi meegenomen. Maar minstens even belangrijk zijn jouw ingesteldheid en honger om te leren.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

Op onze offertedienst zit je midden in het commerciële hart van Clima & Partners. Je werkt nauw samen met onze accountmanagers, leveranciers en verschillende interne afdelingen.

Je zorgt ervoor dat administratieve processen soepel verlopen, ondersteunt proactief bij het opstellen van offertes en draagt graag je steentje bij aan een efficiënte werkomgeving. Jouw bijdrage is cruciaal om onze klanttevredenheid hoog te houden.

Takenpakket

  • Je stelt HVAC-offertes op aan de hand van aanvragen, technische informatie en specificaties.
  • Je ondersteunt onze vertegenwoordigers bij de voorbereiding en administratieve verwerking van offertes.
  • Je vraagt prijzen en informatie op bij leveranciers en volgt deze actief op.
  • Je verwerkt de ontvangen informatie tot duidelijke en volledige klantoffertes.
  • Je registreert en beheert offertes en bijhorende informatie correct in ons systeem.
  • Je verwerkt binnenkomende orders en zorgt voor een goede overdracht naar de betrokken interne teams.
  • Je houdt mee overzicht over openstaande aanvragen en deadlines. Blijft iets ergens hangen? Dan wacht je niet af, maar ga je erachteraan.
  • Je springt bij waar nodig en ondersteunt bij afwezigheid ook ons onthaal.
  • Affiniteit met HVAC-techniek is een grote plus maar snel leren om hierover kennis op te doen is minstens even belangrijk
  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je houdt overzicht, ook wanneer verschillende aanvragen en deadlines tegelijk op je afkomen.
  • Je volgt zaken op van a tot z en laat niet snel iets tussen de mazen van het net glippen.
  • Je ziet werk en neemt zelf initiatief.
  • Je bent leergierig en maakt nieuwe systemen, producten en technische informatie snel eigen.
  • Je communiceert vlot en klantgericht met collega’s, leveranciers en klanten.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar evengoed als deel van een team.
  • Je stelt prioriteiten en houdt ervan om zaken af te werken.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands. Kennis van Frans en Engels is een mooie plus.
  • Je werkt vlot met een pc en MS Office.
  • Ervaring in een commerciële binnendienst, offertedienst of technische omgeving is een plus, maar voor ons niet het enige wat telt.
