Als Commercieel Medewerker Parts bedien je onze interne en externe klanten met onderdelen voor hun machines; je stelt offertes op aan de hand van de in kaart gebrachte behoefte, je geeft pro actief opvolging en aandacht, en na het versturen van de offerte draag je de levering over aan je collega's in het magazijn. Jij bent in de lead met betrekking tot het aanbieden van onderdelen waar onze klanten behoefte aan hebben om zo hun machines te onderhouden en te repareren waarmee we stilstand voorkomen. In je contact met de klant luister je naar de behoefte en weet daar goed op in te spelen door oplossingen aan te bieden als er zich (technische) issues voordoen, je speelt in op preventief onderhoud van de machine en de daar bijbehorende producten die HDW kan aanbieden. Je verwerkt de orders in ons systeem, plaatst inkooporders bij de leveranciers, houdt levertijden in de gaten en informeert proactief de klanten over leveringen, tot slot denk je mee in de beste verzendoplossingen in overleg met de magazijnmedewerkers. De afdeling Parts heeft een zeer breed scala aan onderdelen voor (auto)hoogwerkers en verreikers op voorraad, hiermee bedient het Parts teams vlot en adequaat onze externe en interne klanten.
