Klanten een big smile bezorgen! Wat ga je doen? Wij zijn ter versterking van ons salesteam op zoek naar een nieuwe collega op de binnendienst. In deze rol zorg jij ervoor dat particuliere klanten hun (private lease) droomauto gaan rijden via ons. De leads komen vooral binnen vanuit onze website, maar we hebben ook een winkel waar klanten binnenkomen om naar de nieuwste modellen te kijken. Jij adviseert de klanten over de mogelijke leaseoplossingen, vindt het leuk om hen optimaal te bedienen en zorgt dat ze zich bij ons thuis voelen. Of het contact nou telefonisch is of face 2 face, voor hen ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt en dé leaseadviseur. Wat jouw werkzaamheden onder andere zijn? - Het vertalen van klantbehoeften naar passende mobiliteitsoplossingen; - Het adviseren van klanten over de verschillende diensten van DirectLease; - Uitwerken van offertes & calculaties en de opvolging daarvan. Deze vacature is jou vooral op het lijf geschreven wanneer je kan luisteren naar je klanten, kan inspelen op de behoefte van hen en commerciële kansen herkent.
