Onze opdrachtgever is actief in het ontwikkelen en produceren van technische materialen. Functieomschrijving - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van je planning, een positieve klantontwikkeling en winstontwikkeling in je eigen verkoopgebied/divisie. - Je voert dagelijks telefonische verkoopgesprekken, zowel inbound als outbound. Daarnaast draag je zorg voor een correcte en actuele administratieve afwikkeling van je dagelijkse werkzaamheden en activiteiten. - Je zorgt voor actuele data in je verkoopgebied/divisie. - Je hebt dagelijks onderhoud van data en klantendossiers in SAP/CRM. Tevens volg je dagelijks een belplanning, draag je zorg voor orderverwerking en stel je offertes op. - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een correcte afhandeling bij retourzending, afhaalopdracht compleet verwerken en het proces begeleiden c.q. monitoren. Functie-eisen Je bent commercieel ingesteld en vindt het een uitdaging om zorg te dragen voor de realisatie van de omzet- en winstdoelstellingen door middel van telefonische verkopen voortvloeiend uit de acquisitie en het beheer van de klanten in verkoopkanaal 1 (kleine bedrijven). Je herkent de behoefte van klanten, weet hoe je hierop inspeelt en zorgt voor het juiste advies.
