Functieomschrijving Als commercieel medewerker makelaardij ben je de drijvende kracht achter ons kantoor. Je haalt proactief nieuwe opdrachten binnen, zoals verhuur, aankoop en verkoop van woningen. Je bedenkt creatieve manieren om klanten aan te trekken via je netwerk, marketing en social media. Je ondersteunt de makelaars in alle commerciële trajecten en bewaakt het overzicht van het hele proces. Je schakelt snel, onderhoudt contact met klanten en ziet direct waar kansen liggen. Naast je taken op kantoor krijg je de mogelijkheid om klantgesprekken op te pakken en op termijn deels mee te draaien in de buitendienst. Je werkt minimaal 16 en maximaal 24 uur per week, altijd in overleg. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene dag ben je bezig met het opstellen van woningpresentaties, de andere dag ben je aan het bellen met potentiële klanten of het signaleren van nieuwe opdrachten.
