Een klantgerichte en afwisselende functie binnen een dynamische omgeving waar audiovisuele expertise en structuur samenkomen. In deze rol vormt je de schakel tussen klant, magazijn en administratie en zorg je voor een vlot en correct verhuurproces van A tot Z.

De functie inhoud Wat deze job als Commercieel medewerker inhoudt:

  • Opstellen van offertes op basis van klantaanvragen, voornamelijk via mail en occasioneel telefonisch
  • Controleren van beschikbaarheid van audiovisueel materiaal via interne systemen
  • Voorstellen van alternatieven wanneer producten niet beschikbaar zijn
  • Persoonlijke opvolging van klanten en meedenken bij last-minute wijzigingen
  • Omzetten van goedgekeurde offertes naar reservaties
  • Afstemmen met het magazijn over retouren van materiaal
  • Opvolgen van dossiers bij ontbrekende items of schade
  • Beantwoorden van telefonische vragen, zowel technisch, praktisch als logistiek
  • Correct doorverbinden en behandelen van inkomende oproepen
