Onze klant is een gevestigde verzekeringspartner in de Kempen. Vanuit verschillende kantoren ondersteunt het kantoor zowel particulieren als zelfstandigen en ondernemingen bij hun verzekeringen en financiële behoeften.

Persoonlijk advies, een klantgerichte aanpak en een langdurige relatie met de klant staan centraal. Het team combineert professionele expertise met een toegankelijke en persoonlijke dienstverlening.

Voor de verdere groei van het kantoor in Kasterlee zijn zij op zoek naar een enthousiaste en commerciële collega die mee wil bouwen aan een sterke klantenrelatie en verdere ontwikkeling van het kantoor.

Jobomschrijving

Als Commercieel Medewerker Verzekeringen vormt deze functie een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten en prospecten. Een sterke commerciële ingesteldheid wordt gecombineerd met een persoonlijke, professionele en klantgerichte aanpak.

Het takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en prospecten;
  • Het in kaart brengen van de behoeften van klanten en het actief meedenken over passende verzekeringsoplossingen;
  • Opmaken van offertes en een nauwgezette opvolging hiervan;
  • Onderhouden en verder uitbouwen van bestaande klantenrelaties;
  • Actief prospecteren en uitbouwen van nieuwe klantenrelaties;
  • Detecteren van commerciële opportuniteiten en hier proactief op inspelen;
  • Informeren en adviseren van klanten over de verschillende verzekeringsproducten;
  • Begeleiden van klanten bij het maken van de juiste verzekeringskeuzes;
  • Correct en nauwkeurig opvolgen van aanvragen en dossiers;
  • Nauw samenwerken met collega's met als doel een optimale klantenservice te garanderen;

Voor deze functie zijn we op zoek naar een commercieel en klantgericht profiel met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden. De ideale kandidaat:

  • Beschikt over een commerciële ingesteldheid en klantgerichte aanpak;
  • Communiceert vlot en professioneel;
  • Werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd;
  • Neemt initiatief en kan zelfstandig werken;
  • Is resultaatgericht en weet commerciële opportuniteiten te herkennen;
  • Is betrouwbaar, betrokken en professioneel;
  • Beschikt over een gezonde dosis enthousiasme en overtuigingskracht.;
  • Ervaring binnen de verzekeringssector is een absolute must;
  • Affiniteit met de regio Kasterlee en bereidheid om zich vlot naar onze vestiging te verplaatsen;
