Je biedt professioneel advies, stelt voorstellen op maat op en bouwt een vertrouwensband op met je klanten. Je denkt actief mee over het benutten van commerciële kansen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Commerciële kansen benutten: Je denkt mee over het uitbreiden van de dienstverlening en speelt in op opportuniteiten binnen de portefeuille.
  • Relaties onderhouden: Je bouwt een vertrouwensband op met klanten en blijft hun vaste aanspreekpunt.
  • Klanten adviseren: Je biedt professioneel advies en helpt klanten bij het kiezen van de juiste verzekeringen op maat van hun situatie.
  • Dossiers beheren: Je volgt klantendossiers zorgvuldig op en zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige administratie.
  • Samenwerken: Je werkt nauw samen met collega's en partners voor een optimale en vlotte klantenservice.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over minstens 2 jaar relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt commercieel inzicht en interesse in adviesverlening en klantencontact.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en nauwkeurig, met oog voor detail.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd en wil een actieve bijdrage leveren aan het team.
  • Je communiceert vlot, professioneel en klantgericht.
