Onze klant is een onafhankelijk verzekeringskantoor dat zich volledig richt op verzekeringen, zonder bankactiviteiten. Daardoor ligt de focus volledig op persoonlijk advies en maatwerk voor elke klant.

Ze werken voor zowel particulieren als kleine ondernemingen en willen zich duidelijk onderscheiden door sterke service, eerlijke communicatie en duurzame relaties. Digitalisering speelt een grote rol, maar altijd met persoonlijke begeleiding als basis.

Jobomschrijving

Als Relatiebeheerder ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en bouw je actief mee aan lange termijnrelaties.

Jouw taken:

  • Opstellen en opvolgen van verzekeringspolissen
  • Klanten adviseren over de beste verzekeringsoplossingen
  • Duidelijke uitleg geven over polissen en dekkingen
  • Beheren van klantenportefeuilles
  • Meedenken met particuliere klanten en kleine ondernemingen
  • Administratieve opvolging van dossiers
  • Ondersteunen bij schadegevallen in drukke periodes

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Bachelor of master in finance, verzekeringen, rechtspraktijk of communicatie
  • Commercieel ingesteld met klantgerichte mindset
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands
  • Interesse om een PCP-attest en FSMA-opleiding te behalen (indien nodig, via het bedrijf)
  • Verantwoordelijk en betrouwbaar
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en plant je eigen agenda
  • Je bent bereid om op lange termijn te groeien in de functie
