Als Commercieel Binnendienst Medewerker ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten (van cateraars en hotels tot evenementenlocaties en particulieren); telefonisch, per mail én aan de balie. Je denkt actief mee, geeft deskundig advies en zorgt dat bestellingen en aanvragen nauwkeurig worden verwerkt. Dankzij jouw enthousiasme en oplossingsgerichtheid voelt elke klant zich welkom en ondersteund. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden - Aannemen en nauwkeurig verwerken van orders. - Beantwoorden van klantvragen via telefoon, e-mail en aan de balie. - Bewaken van de voortgang van aanvragen en terugkoppelen naar de salesmanager. - Professioneel afhandelen van klachten en incidenten. - Verwerken en coördineren van spoedopdrachten met interne teams. - Samenwerken met interne en externe logistieke afdelingen. - Verantwoordelijk zijn voor relatiebeheer en het opbouwen van duurzame klantrelaties. Kortom: jij zorgt dat klanten optimaal worden geholpen en dat het proces van aanvraag tot levering soepel verloopt. Dit ben jij - Minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse én Engelse taal in woord en geschrift. - Je bent servicegericht, stressbestendig en houdt het hoofd koel wanneer het druk wordt. - Je hebt goede computervaardigheden (o.a. MS Office). - Je bent nauwkeurig, collegiaal en commercieel ingesteld. - Je denkt in oplossingen, werkt gestructureerd en pakt taken proactief op. Wie zijn wij?
