Als Commercieel Projectadviseur bij Isero in Zuid-Holland ben jij verantwoordelijk voor klanten binnen de afdeling Bouw & Beveiliging. Je adviseert opdrachtgevers zoals aannemers, woningbouwcorporaties, zorg- en onderwijsinstellingen, VVE's en vastgoedpartijen over deurtechniek, sluitsystemen en toegangscontrole en zorgt ervoor dat projecten van begin tot eind soepel verlopen.

Jouw kracht ligt in het combineren van technische inhoud met relatiebeheer en acquisitie. Je onderhoudt bestaande klantrelaties en zet commerciële kansen om in concrete projecten. Voor projecten in jouw regio ben je commercieel, financieel en operationeel eindverantwoordelijk.

Als Commercieel Projectadviseur vertaal je de wensen van klanten naar passende oplossingen op het gebied van toegangscontrole, deuren en sluitsystemen. Je adviseert opdrachtgevers zoals aannemers, woningbouwcorporaties, zorg- en onderwijsinstellingen, VVE's en vastgoedpartijen. Je neemt de leiding in projecten: van het opstellen van offertes tot aan de oplevering. Voor projecten in jouw regio ben jij zowel commercieel als financieel en operationeel eindverantwoordelijk. Samenwerken staat centraal: je stemt af met de binnendienst, monteurs en implementatiespecialisten. Door jouw technische kennis voeg je waarde toe in iedere fase van het project. Relatiebeheer en acquisitie gaan hand in hand: je onderhoudt bestaande contacten en ziet commerciële kansen voor nieuwe projecten. Met jouw inzicht weet je waar klanten behoefte aan hebben en speel je hier proactief op in. Je houdt het overzicht en stemt met alle betrokken partijen af via een softwareapplicatie. Ten slotte rapporteer je aan de Sales Manager Bouw & Beveiliging.
