The posting

  • Na de verkoop begeleid je de klant bij hun projecten, je kijkt nauwgezet toe op de werkzaamheden en controleert de uitvoering.
  • Je wordt het aanspreekpunt voor de klant en verzorgt de volledige coördinatie van de werken.
  • Je maakt een planning op, regelt de aanvoer van leveringen, plaatst bepaalde bestellingen en controleert hoeveelheden en materiaal.
  • Je stuurt de arbeiders aan en pleegt overleg met eventuele andere betrokken aannemers en de klant.
  • Je verleent de klant en de vloerders technisch advies, reeds van bij hun bezoek aan de toonzaal. Door een continue opleiding beschik je over heel wat knowhow en ben je op de hoogte van de recentste innovaties.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de verantwoordelijke.
  • Je doet de opmetingen ter plaatse en maakt vorderingsstaten op.
  • Je hebt een diploma in een bouw gerelateerde richting.
  • Je hebt een vijftal jaar werkervaring in een klantgerichte functie in de bouwsector.
  • Je hebt een goede talenkennis (Ned/Fr).
  • Je bent een motiverende teamspeler die collega’s weet te inspireren en mee te nemen in een gezamenlijke visie.
  • Je kan vlot overweg met het MS Office pakket. Excel kent geen geheimen voor jou.
  • Werken op zaterdagvoormiddag is voor jou geen probleem.
