Werken bij Batenburg - NL - commercieel projectleider duurzaam vastgoed Als Commercieel Projectleider Duurzaam Vastgoed kun jij jouw commerciële skills combineren met je technische kennis van gebouw gebonden E en W installaties in utiliteit, logistiek en industrie. Je gaat klanten voorzien van technisch en financieel advies en bent betrokken bij de het volledige voortraject van 1ste contact tot aan opdracht. Jij bent gedurende dit traject het aanspreekpunt voor onze klant. Je doet dit uiteraard niet alleen en wordt onderdeel van de afdeling Calculatie en Advies waar je nauw samenwerkt met calculators, adviseurs en de eindverantwoordelijke van de afdeling. Ben jij proactief, energiek en heb je een gezonde dosis humor? Dan wil je graag werken in dit team! Taken en verantwoordelijkheden Jouw taak en verantwoordelijkheid is het begeleiden van de klant vanaf 1ste contact tot aan het tekenen van het contract. Daarbij verwachten we dat jij: - De klant kunt helpen bij het maken van technische keuzes, zowel E als W; - De klant kunt helpen bij het maken van financiële keuzes; - Samen met jouw collega's tekenwerk, ramingen en offertes opstelt; - Presentaties kan geven over adviezen en ons bedrijf. Wie we zoeken We zoeken een technisch commercieel iemand met een positieve instelling. Dingen die jij nog niet kunt leren we je, maar het zou al fijn zijn als je achter de meeste van onderstaande zaken een vinkje kunt zetten: - Afgeronde opleiding HIT, HBO bedrijfskunde of technische bedrijfskunde; - Kennis van E en W installaties, daarbij is het een pre als je mee kunt praten over klimaatoplossingen, energieoplossingen en regeltechniek; - Kennis van BREEAM, GPR en (B)ENG; - Kostendeskundig, als de klant vraagt wat iets kost kun jij hem dat direct zeggen; - Commercieel ingesteld, jij weet wat er nodig is om naar die opdracht toe te werken waarbij je de klantbehoefte vertaalt naar een passende oplossing; - Duidelijk en overtuige...
