Als Commercieel Projectmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opbouwen en onderhouden van klantrelaties en het ontwikkelen van duurzame vastgoedoplossingen. Je combineert commercieel inzicht met technische kennis en begeleidt projecten van het eerste contact tot de uiteindelijke uitvoering. Je zorgt voor een optimale samenwerking tussen interne en externe teams, benut marktkansen en versterkt de marktpositie van het bedrijf. Met een proactieve en oplossingsgerichte aanpak vertaal je klantbehoeften naar overtuigende voorstellen en bewaak je de kwaliteit, veiligheid en duurzaamheid van projecten. Je vertegenwoordigt het bedrijf als betrouwbare partner en bouwt actief aan langdurige samenwerkingen. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Je hebt een hbo-diploma in Bouwkunde, Technische Bedrijfskunde, of een vergelijkbare richting. - Minstens drie jaar ervaring in een commerciële rol binnen de bouwsector, bij voorkeur in de utiliteit. - Je combineert bouwkundige kennis en marktinzicht met een sterk commercieel instinct. - Regelgeving zoals UAV(-GC) is voor jou bekend terrein, net als de dynamiek van bouwprocessen. - Met jouw praktische instelling en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden verbind je klanten, partners en collega's. - Je bent strategisch, hands-on en weet hoe je klantbehoeften vertaalt naar haalbare, duurzame oplossingen.
