Onze klant gelegen te Aarschot is al meer dan 25 jaar actief als toonaangevend leverancier van kwaliteitsvolle bedrijfskleding, werkkleding en promotioneel textiel. Al hun items in stock kunnen gepersonaliseerd worden.

Ter ondersteuning van het team zijn ze opzoek naar een COMMERCIEEL PROJECTMEDEWERKER TEXTIEL

in deze functie begeleid je klanten van het eerste ontwerp tot de uiteindelijke levering.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je wordt het aanspreekpunt voor distributeurs die gepersonaliseerde kledingprojecten bij hun klanten realiseren.
  • Je bespreekt de wensen van klanten en denkt mee over design, personalisatie en uitvoering.
  • Je werkt ontwerpen grafisch verder uit en zorgt ervoor dat het project correct kan worden uitgevoerd.
  • Je begeleidt het volledige orderproces, van ontwerp en offerte tot productie en levering.
  • Je hebt dagelijks contact met klanten en leveranciers en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken en deadlines worden opgevolgd.
  • Je bewaakt de commerciële relatie met je klanten en zorgt voor een professionele service.
  • Bij klachten luister je naar de klant, zoek je uit wat er fout liep en zorg je voor een passende oplossing.
  • Je volgt backorders op en verwerkt retours.
  • Je staat in voor een correcte administratieve verwerking van de orders.
  • Je maakt facturen en creditnota's op en volgt betalingen verder op.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de accountmanagers en je collega's om projecten succesvol af te ronden.

  • We zoeken iemand die graag klantencontact combineert met administratie en projectopvolging.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en vindt klantentevredenheid en service belangrijk.
  • Je werkt graag in een dynamische omgeving waarin geen dag helemaal hetzelfde is.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je kunt verschillende projecten en taken tegelijkertijd opvolgen zonder het overzicht te verliezen.
  • Je bent positief ingesteld en werkt graag samen met collega's.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en denkt logisch en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent vlot met Microsoft Office, waaronder Outlook, Word en Excel.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en je hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
