Functie

Voor onze klant te Grimbergen zoeken wij een Commercieel Raadgever naverkoop van de nieuwe- en tweedehands wagens. Wij zoeken iemand voor op lange termijn om zo een langdurige vertrouwensband op te bouwen met onze klanten.

Zo ziet je werkdag eruit:

  • Je ontvangt klanten en neemt hun voertuig in behandeling volgens de geldende operationele standaard;
  • Je overloopt het voertuig samen met de klant en stelt waar passend bijkomende werken voor;
  • Je maakt de werkorder op, bespreekt die met de klant en legt het moment van teruggave vast;
  • Je overhandigt een mobiliteitsoplossing wanneer de klant die heeft aangevraagd
  • Je bezorgt het dossier aan de werkplaatschef voor verdere opvolging;
  • Je houdt de klant op de hoogte van de voortgang en eventuele extra wachttijden;
  • Je bezorgt de klant de link naar het videocheck-dossier en volgt de goedkeuring van bijkomende werken op;
  • Je bereidt het dossier voor de teruggave voor, met onder meer de factuur, het controleverslag en het onderhoudsadvies
  • Je licht de uitgevoerde werken toe bij de teruggave en controleert of de klant tevreden is;
  • Je kijkt na of de dossiers en afspraken voor de komende 48 uur volledig zijn.

Profiel

Wie ben jij?

  • Je spreekt en begrijpt Frans en Nederlands. Engels is een pluspunt;
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B;
  • Je kent autotechnologie en herstellingstechnieken;
  • Voor een CSA-functie binnen carrosserie heb je een grondige kennis van carrosserie;
  • Je luistert aandachtig en stelt de klant centraal;
  • Je kan commerciële voorstellen helder toelichten en beargumenteren;
  • Je communiceert vlot en overtuigend;
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en houdt de opvolging van dossiers en afspraken goed bij;
  • Je bent bereid om op zaterdag te werken.
