Of je nu al ervaring hebt in de arbeidsbemiddeling of juist commercieel aan het begin van je carrière staat: als Commercieel Recruiter bij Extra Talent krijg je de vrijheid om je eigen markt op te bouwen. Je combineert recruitment met sales, krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en ontwikkelt jezelf tot een sterke commerciële gesprekspartner in de regio Amsterdam. Ons aanbod - Elke vier weken een salaris tussen € 2.900,- en € 3.500,- bruto op basis van 40 uur; - Mogelijk een auto van de zaak, inclusief privékilometers; - Een onbeperkte bonusregeling met heldere, vooraf vastgestelde rekenregels; - Wekelijks de mogelijkheid om 1 dag vanuit huis te werken bij het behalen van je targets; - Een laptop en smartphone van de zaak; - 25 vakantiedagen per jaar; - € 2.500,- opleidingsbudget per jaar voor cursussen en trainingen. Wat ga je doen? - Je bouwt actief aan je eigen klantenportefeuille en legt contact met hiring managers in jouw markt; - Je signaleert commerciële kansen in de regio Amsterdam en vertaalt deze naar nieuwe samenwerkingen; - Je onderhoudt duurzame klantrelaties en bent het aanspreekpunt tijdens het volledige recruitmentproces; - Je adviseert klanten over hun vacatures en voert gesprekken over tarieven en samenwerkingsvoorwaarden; - Je begeleidt kandidaten van wervingsstrategie tot contracttekening en houdt de regie over het proces; - Je denkt commercieel mee over manieren om onze marktbenadering en wervingsprocessen verder te verbeteren.
