In deze functie ben je betrokken bij het complete bemiddelingsproces binnen de groenbranche. Je brengt onder andere hoveniers, groenvoorzieners, maaimachinisten en boomverzorgers in contact met passende werkgevers. Als commercieel recruiter ben je van A tot Z betrokken bij het bemiddelingsproces. Je schrijft vacatures, spreekt kandidaten telefonisch en op kantoor, onderhoudt contact met klanten en voert gesprekken over salarissen en tarieven. Ook contracten opstellen en de administratie bijhouden horen bij je werk. Een kandidaat succesvol geplaatst? Dan blijft jouw betrokkenheid niet achter bij de handtekening. Je houdt contact met zowel de kandidaat als de klant en gaat regelmatig op werk- en klantbezoek. Zo weet je wat er speelt en bouw je een goede relatie op met de mensen met wie je werkt.
