In deze rol combineer je commercieel inzicht met interesse in technische producten en vraagstukken, waardoor je klanten optimaal kunt adviseren en ondersteunen. Je komt te werken op ons hoofdkantoor in Wijchen, in een moderne kantooromgeving. Letterlijk en figuurlijk dicht bij het productieproces: de deur naar de fabriek staat altijd open. Als Commercieel Sales Support maak je deel uit van ons enthousiaste commerciële team. Je werkt nauw samen met de buitendienst en interne afdelingen en bent vanuit Nederland verantwoordelijk voor met name de Franse markt. Jij zorgt ervoor dat offertes, orders, documentatie en commerciële processen soepel en nauwkeurig verlopen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het ondersteunen van de verkoop in de breedste zin van het woord; - Opstellen, verwerken en optimaliseren van verkoopoffertes en -orders en bijbehorende documentatie; - Fungeren als operationeel aanspreekpunt voor het Franse dealernetwerk; - Meedenken over klantbehoeften en marktontwikkelingen; - Plannen en coördineren van afleveringen en transporten; - Verzorgen van administratieve werkzaamheden rondom orderverwerking; - Actieve bijdrage aan verbeterprojecten; - Key user van het CRM- en ERP-systeem; - Bewaken van ordervoortgang, productieplanning, leveringsplanning en facturatie Geen dag is hetzelfde binnen Nooteboom.
