Sales Values zoekt een tenderschrijver op junior+ tot medior niveau die verder wil dan alleen schrijven. Iemand die wil meedenken, adviseren en echt impact wil maken. Je komt terecht in een ambitieus en hecht team waar één ding centraal staat: winnen. We werken aan uiteenlopende aanbestedingen - van Europees tot Best Value en van EMVI tot RFP's - voor klanten in verschillende sectoren. Die diversiteit zorgt ervoor dat geen traject hetzelfde is. Samen met klanten ontwikkel je slimme, onderscheidende strategieën en vertaal je deze naar overtuigende plannen van aanpak die eruit springen. Wat ga je doen? - Je signaleert actief interessante aanbestedingen en beoordeelt deze op kansen voor de klant - Je analyseert aanvragen tot in detail en doorgrondt de échte vraag achter de vraag - Je vertaalt inzichten naar sterke winstrategieën en onderscheidende proposities - Je werkt nauw samen met klanten en inhoudelijke experts (SME's) - Je bewaakt deadlines, houdt overzicht en stuurt op kwaliteit - Je schrijft en redigeert overtuigende, heldere en creatieve plannen - Je coördineert het tenderproces van A tot Z - Je evalueert trajecten en draagt bij aan verbetering en kennisopbouw binnen het team Wie ben jij?
