Voor Teslin, een betrokken investeringsorganisatie, in Maarsbergen zijn wij op zoek naar een Commercieel Secretaresse voor 32 tot 40 uur per week. In deze veelzijdige functie ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen investeerders, prospects, relatiebeheerders en collega's. Je bent de rechterhand van drie relatiebeheerders, maar hebt tegelijkertijd een duidelijke eigen verantwoordelijkheid binnen de organisatie. Je bent iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt, gemakkelijk contact maakt en niet afwacht tot iemand vertelt wat er moet gebeuren. Je durft aan te geven als iets anders of beter kan. Wat ga je doen?

Als Commercieel Secretaresse zorg jij ervoor dat de relatiebeheerders zich kunnen richten op hun commerciële werkzaamheden en het onderhouden van hun relaties. Jij zorgt dat de zaken daaromheen goed geregeld zijn. Daarbij heb je veel contact met investeerders en prospects en ben je mede het gezicht van Teslin.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• ondersteunen van drie relatiebeheerders bij het contact met investeerders, prospects, tussenpersonen en vermogensbeheerders; • beantwoorden van vragen van bestaande en potentiële investeerders; • telefonisch begeleiden van investeerders bij het gebruik van het online investeerdersportaal; • uitleg geven over overeenkomsten, documenten en administratieve procedures; • begeleiden van investeerders gedurende de klantreis, van eerste contact tot en met onboarding; • coördineren en controleren van de investeerdersadministratie en bijbehorende documentatie; • ondersteunen bij onboarding- en KYC-proc
