Bouw mee aan de groei van TSO

TSO is dé partner voor technische, industriële en logistieke bedrijven op het gebied van arbeid en dienstverlening. Vanuit Oosterhout ondersteunen wij onze opdrachtgevers met projectmatige inzet en werving & selectie van vakmensen.

Wij zijn een nuchtere MKB-organisatie met korte lijnen, persoonlijk contact en een sterke focus op kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en langdurige relaties. Door onze groei zijn wij op zoek naar een ambitieuze collega met de juiste drive om samen met ons verder te bouwen aan de toekomst van TSO.

Wat ga je doen?

In deze veelzijdige functie werk je op het snijvlak van commercie, relatiebeheer en operatie.

Je onderhoudt contacten met opdrachtgevers, kandidaten en medewerkers, bezoekt regelmatig klanten en medewerkers op locatie en denkt actief mee over de verdere ontwikkeling van onze dienstverlening.

Daarnaast houd je je bezig met:

- Het onderhouden en uitbreiden van bestaande klantrelaties

- Het signaleren en benutten van commerciële kansen

- Werving, selectie en begeleiding van kandidaten en medewerkers

- Het bezoeken van medewerkers en opdrachtgevers

- Het organiseren en optimaliseren van dagelijkse processen

- Het bewaken van resultaten, marges en budgetten

- Het bijdragen aan omzetgroei en de verdere ontwikkeling van de organisatie

- Het coördineren van uiteenlopende (ad-hoc) werkzaamheden binnen de dagelijkse operatie

Je werkt hierbij nauw samen met jouw leidinggevende. Hierdoor krijg je de kans om veel te leren, steeds meer verantwoordelijkheden op je te nemen en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen de organisatie.
