The posting

Tijdens een intensieve opleiding en training on-the-job (uitgebreide 1-op-1 opleiding gecombineerd met groepstrainingen, e-learnings en een opleiding on-the-job), leer je alle producten en diensten van de bank kennen.

Na een inwerkperiode ben je de financieel adviseur van de klanten op vlak van bank- en verzekeringsproducten. Je bent hun eerste aanspreekpunt en houdt proactief contact.

Je maakt deel uit van een team van commercieel adviseurs binnen jouw regio en rapporteert aan de kantoormanager. Daarnaast krijg je een meter of een peter toebedeeld waar je altijd terecht kan. Verder word je ondersteund door productspecialisten, die je kan contacteren voor alle technische vragen om jouw kennis te verbeteren.

• Je werkt op afspraak en adviseert bestaande en nieuwe klanten via een persoonlijk gesprek op kantoor of via een videocall. Je analyseert hun behoeftes en adviseert hen op maat op vlak van dagelijks bankieren, kredieten, beleggingen en verzekeringen.

Heeft jouw klant gespecialiseerd advies nodig op bancair of verzekeringsvlak, verwijs je hem door naar jouw collega’s-specialisten.

• Je detecteert commerciële kansen en informeert je klanten proactief.

• Je begeleidt je klanten naar een oplossing op maat.

• Je zorgt voor de administratieve opvolging van jouw klantengesprekken via een sterk gedigitaliseerde tool.

• Bachelor/masterdiploma: welke afstudeerrichting je juist hebt, is niet zo belangrijk. Jouw klantvriendelijke persoonlijkheid, proactieve ingesteldheid en leergierigheid primeert!
