Een Sales/Commerciële Medewerker In- en Verkoop is verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van de verkoop en/of verhuur van onroerend goed. Deze medewerker is betrokken bij het aantrekken van potentiële klanten voor zowel verkoop als verhuur , staat in voor de onderhandelingen bij de verkoop- of verhuur en is ook verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden van klantrelaties. De Sales/Commerciële Medewerker In- en Verkoop werkt nauw samen met makelaars, vastgoedeigenaren en potentiële kopers/huurders om vastgoedtransacties succesvol af te ronden.

Verantwoordelijkheden en Taken:

Klantrelaties en Acquisitie:

Identificeert potentiële kopers/huurders door middel van prospectie en netwerken.

Overtuigt potentiële kopers/huurders van het aangeboden vastgoed.

Onderhoudt regelmatig contact met bestaande klanten om hun behoeften te begrijpen en aan hun verwachtingen te voldoen.

Vastgoedpresentatie en Onderhandeling:

Beheert de presentatie van vastgoed

Voert onderhandelingen met potentiële kopers/huurders over prijzen, voorwaarden en andere aspecten van de transactie.

Coördineert bezichtigingen en rondleidingen voor geïnteresseerde partijen.

Marktonderzoek en Concurrentieanalyse:

Volgt markttrends en analyseert concurrentieactiviteiten om concurrerende prijzen en voorzieningen te kunnen bieden.

Identificeert kansen voor het aantrekken van nieuwe klanten en het vergroten van de omzet.

Juridische en Administratieve Ondersteuning:

Begeleidt klanten bij het invullen van de nodige documenten voor vastgoedtransacties.

Zorgt ervoor dat alle wettelijke en administratieve procedures correct worden gevolgd en gedocumenteerd.

Rapportage en Samenwerking:

Houdt nauwkeurige verkoop- en klantinteractieverslagen bij.

Werkt samen met vastgoedmakelaars, vastgoedeigenaren en andere teamleden om transacties soepel te laten verlopen.

Klanttevredenheid en Follow-up:

Zorgt voor een uitstekende klantenservice om klanttevredenheid te waarborgen.

Volgt op met klanten na de transactie om ervoor te zorgen dat hun behoeften zijn vervuld en om toekomstige mogelijkheden te bespreken.

Uitgebreide kennis van vastgoedmarkt en -trends.

Sterke communicatie- en onderhandelingsvaardigheden.

Netwerken en prospectievaardigheden.

Interesse in juridische en administratieve procedures met betrekking tot vastgoedtransacties.

Klantgerichtheid en het vermogen om duurzame klantrelaties op te bouwen.

Teamspeler met goede samenwerking vaardigheden maar toch ook zelfstandig kunnen werken
