Functie Als Commercieel Talent Farma Services ondersteun je internationale farmabedrijven bij het succesvol op de markt brengen én houden van hun producten in de Benelux. Je speelt een centrale rol in het vertalen van de dienstverlening naar concrete oplossingen, met als doel de commerciële performance van het portfolio te verbeteren. Je bent actief bezig met het realiseren van commerciële kansen. Je signaleert mogelijkheden in de markt en vertaalt deze naar concrete acties. Daarbij ga je het gesprek aan met klanten en relevante marktpartijen, zoals apothekers, ziekenhuizen, groothandels en autoriteiten. Je bouwt een sterk klantennetwerk op en weet commerciële kansen om te zetten in resultaat. Een belangrijk onderdeel van de rol is het waarborgen van de beschikbaarheid van producten. Je werkt samen met externe stakeholders en interne teams om leveringsuitdagingen op te lossen en denkt mee over manieren om producten beschikbaar te houden in de markt.
