FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Als Commercieel Teamverantwoordelijke Schilderen sta je in voor:

de zoektocht naar nieuwe schilderopdrachten en het opmaken van offertes om te komen tot nieuwe samenwerkingen;

het coachen van de teamverantwoordelijken bij het uitvoeren van hun opdracht;

het onderhouden van klantencontact met klanten/ leveranciers;

het oplossen van eventuele operationele problemen op de werven/ bij de uitvoering van de opdrachten en indien nodig zelf bijspringen.

Samen met je collega teamverantwoordelijke ga je voor de optimale klantentevredenheid aan de hand van:

de goede organisatie van alle werkzaamheden van A tot Z: plannen, zorgen voor het noodzakelijke materiaal, de juiste persoon op de juiste plaats;

de nauwgezette opvolging van alle opdrachten samen met een kwaliteitscontrole na afwerking;

het toegewijd coachen, begeleiden en ook motiveren van het schilders team.

PROFIEL

Onze nieuwe Teamverantwoordelijke Schildersdienst:

  • behaalde zijn/ haar (beroeps)opleiding als schilder of heeft gelijkwaardige ervaring;
  • heeft een goede product -en techniekkennis die hij/zij kan overbrengen aan anderen;
  • haalt het beste uit zichzelf - en het team naar boven;
  • heeft oog voor veiligheid en kwaliteit;
  • beschikt over een rijbewijs B om zich te verplaatsen naar de klanten;
  • is planvaardig en oplossingsgericht.
  • heb je ervaring binnen een leidinggevende of aansturende functie. Dat is zeker een meerwaarde!
