Voor een gevestigde en financieel gezonde familieonderneming met een rijke historie in de distributie en het onderhoud van professionele gereedschappen en machines, zijn wij op zoek naar een veelzijdige Commercieel Technicus.

In deze unieke combinatierol ben jij de spilfiguur die technische expertise koppelt aan klantgericht advies, service en onderhoud.

Wat ga je doen?

In deze afwisselende functie combineer je interne verkoop, klantenadvies en technische dienstverlening:

  • Commercieel Advies & Verkoop: Je ontvangt professionele klanten en vakmensen in de toonzaal/winkel, geeft deskundig technisch advies en helpt hen telefonisch verder met de juiste machineselectie.
  • Offerte- & Orderopvolging: Je volgt uitgetekende offertes en bestellingen actief op, stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt voor een vlotte afhandeling van dossiers.
  • Atelier & Herstellingen: Je stelt diagnoses bij defecte machines of elektrisch gereedschap, voert herstellingen en onderhoud uit in de werkplaats, test de apparatuur en levert deze gereed af aan de klant.
  • Logistieke Beheer: Je ondersteunt bij de ontvangst en verwerking van binnenkomende goederen, waardoor je de productlijn en het assortiment door en door leert kennen.
  • Aanleg & Passie: Je hebt een uitgesproken technische feeling (kennis van elektrisch gereedschap, machines of mechanica is een troef).
  • Klantgerichtheid: Je communiceert vlot, denkt proactief in oplossingen en bent sterk in relatieopbouw.
  • Attitude: Ervaring in een commerciële of technische functie is een pluspunt, maar motivatie, leergierigheid en de juiste werkethiek staan centraal.
  • Competenties: Je werkt nauwkeurig en zelfstandig, maar bent tevens een collegiale teamplayer.
