Voor een toonaangevende organisatie binnen de Nederlandse klimaattechniek zoeken wij een Commercieel Technisch Adviseur Klimaattechniek voor Midden- en West-Nederland. In deze buitendienstfunctie ben je geen traditionele verkoper, maar vooral een technisch adviseur en sparringpartner voor architecten, installatieadviseurs, ontwikkelaars en andere voorschrijvende partijen. Je combineert kennis van klimaattechniek, installatietechniek en HVAC met commercieel inzicht. Je begrijpt de technische vraag achter een project, denkt mee over de mogelijkheden en weet complexe technische oplossingen helder uit te leggen. Als Commercieel Technisch Adviseur ben je vanaf de eerste fase betrokken bij interessante bouw- en renovatieprojecten. Je gaat in gesprek met professionals die bezig zijn met de ontwikkeling, het ontwerp en de realisatie van gebouwen. - HVAC-oplossingen voor nieuwbouw en renovatie. Je houdt rekening met het gebouw, het ontwerp, de beschikbare ruimte, technische beperkingen, comforteisen en de wensen van de opdrachtgever. Een voorbeeld: een karakteristiek hotel moet van het gas af, terwijl er weinig ruimte beschikbaar is voor technische installaties. Jij denkt mee over de juiste verwarmings- en koeloplossing, de plaatsing van de buitenunits en de manier waarop de installatie technisch én praktisch binnen het gebouw kan worden ingepast. - adviseren van architecten, installatieadviseurs, ontwikkelaars en voorschrijvende partijen; - adviseren over verwarming, koeling, ventilatie en klimaatinstallaties; - meedenken over ontwerp, technische specificaties en bestekken; - volgen van ontwikkelingen binnen HVAC, installatietechniek en duurzame klimaattechniek; - bezoeken van klanten, projecten en zakelijke relaties binnen Mi...
