Als Commercieel Technisch Adviseur bij Knauf in Zuid-Holland en Noord-Holland ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor klanten die werken aan afbouwprojecten. Je combineert commercieel inzicht met technisch advies en helpt montagebedrijven, (onder)aannemers en specialistische afbouwhandelaren met passende oplossingen voor wanden, vloeren en plafonds in de wereld van de droge afbouw.

Je bent veel onderweg in jouw rayon, bouwt aan sterke klantrelaties en ziet waar kansen liggen. Tegelijkertijd werk je nauwkeurig met accountplannen en CRM, zodat afspraken, klantinformatie en commerciële acties goed worden opgevolgd.

Wat ga jij doen als Commercieel Technisch Adviseur bij Knauf?

Als Commercieel Technisch Adviseur ondersteun je klanten bij afbouwprojecten in Zuid-Holland en Noord-Holland en zorg je dat de commerciële doelstellingen worden behaald. Je adviseert aannemers, onderaannemers, montagebedrijven en specialistische afbouwhandelaren over commerciële en technische oplossingen op het gebied van droge afbouw. In jouw rayon bezoek je klanten en projectlocaties. Je bouwt aan duurzame klantrelaties en weet vertrouwen te versterken met kennis, betrokkenheid en duidelijke adviezen. Samen met klanten kijk je naar passende toepassingen van wand, plafond en vloer binnen projecten. Je stelt accountplannen op, bewaakt de voortgang en zet commerciële kansen om in concrete acties. In Salesforce, het CRM-systeem waar Knauf mee werkt, leg je klantafspraken, marktinformatie en vervolgacties zorgvuldig vast. Je deelt kennis, kansen en klantinformatie met collega's. Met jouw ondernemende houding draag je bij aan de groei van het segment wanden, plafonds en vloeren. Je rapporteert aan de Sales Manager.
