Daarom zoeken we een Commercieel Technisch Adviseur voor de vestiging Sprundel die niet afwacht tot een aanvraag binnenkomt, maar zelf de markt in gaat, kansen ziet en klanten helpt vooruit te kijken. Je krijgt geen strak afgebakende rol, maar juist de ruimte om te ondernemen. Samen met de vestigingsdirecteur bouw je verder aan onze positie in de markt en lever je een directe bijdrage aan de groei van de vestiging. Ben jij iemand die energie krijgt van klantgesprekken, technische uitdagingen én het binnenhalen van mooie projecten? Dan voel je je hier waarschijnlijk snel thuis. Wat ga je doen? Je start je dag niet achter een scherm, maar in contact met klanten, collega's en kansen. De ene keer zit je aan tafel bij een woningcorporatie, ontwikkelaar of aannemer om een nieuw project te bespreken. De andere keer denk je met een bestaande relatie mee over een technische uitdaging of werk je samen met collega's aan een onderscheidende aanbieding. Je bent betrokken vanaf het eerste gesprek tot het moment dat een project wordt overgedragen aan het projectteam. Daardoor zie je direct het resultaat van jouw werk. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het onderhouden en uitbouwen van bestaande klantrelaties. - Het actief benaderen van nieuwe opdrachtgevers en samenwerkingspartners. - Het signaleren van kansen binnen de utiliteit en woningbouw. - Het adviseren van klanten over installatietechnische oplossingen. - Het opstellen van calculaties, begrotingen en offertes. - Het uitwerken van aanvragen binnen bouwteam-, onderhandse aanbestedings- en aanbestedi...
