Voor een bedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in distributie, herstellingen en onderhoud van hydraulische componenten en systemen zijn we op zoek naar een commercieel technisch medewerker.

Met onze 35 jaar ervaring en een team van 25 gedreven medewerkers staan we onze klanten altijd te dienst.

Ben je klant- en servicegericht, technische en gedreven? Dan bij misschien onze nieuwe collega!

  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de klant als ondersteuning in nauwe samenwerking met de buitendienst verkopers.
  • ERP-ondersteunde verwerking van bestellingen en offertes.
  • Opmaak, opvolging en verwerking van offertes.
  • Je adviseert de klant en staat bij waar nodig.
  • Je informeert klanten ivm levertijden, prijzen, producten, technische vragen,..
  • Je volgt klachten op en behandelt ze op een efficiënte manier (probleemoplossend denken)
  • Verkoopondersteuning van de buitendienst verkopers
  • Je denkt proactief mee met het bedrijf in zake verbeteringen
  • Onmiddellijke indiensttreding
  • Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor/master opleiding in een technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Grote interesse in techniek (hydrauliek)
  • Commercieel ingesteld, klantvriendelijk en meedenkend
  • Werkt graag nauwkeurig en zelfstandig
  • Spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en kennis van Frans/Engels
  • MS office kent geen geheimen meer voor jou (pluspunt ERP pakket BC)
